Confirm you're authorised to represent the company and post the opportunity. Edit, close or reopen your listings from My opportunities in Jobs.

Your employees' networks don't have to be the only place a referral opportunity is seen. Share eligible roles with Career Auntie members or opt into a public listing for wider discovery. Offer referrals through your company's scheme and choose whether to receive in-app introductions from signed-in members.
Referrals are optional. Your employer's rules still apply, and posting does not guarantee a referral, hire or reward.
Common questions
Who can post a job?
HR teams, in-house recruiters, employees and agency recruiters who are authorised to represent the hiring company can post. You must confirm that you work at or represent the company and have permission to share the vacancy. Company affiliation is self-declared, not verified by Career Auntie.
Do I need a paid subscription?
No. Posting a community job does not require a paid subscription or generation credits. You need a Career Auntie account and must be authorised to share the opportunity.
Can I upload a job description file or import multiple vacancies?
Not currently. Enter or paste the details for one vacancy at a time, including the full description and an HTTPS application link. PDF, document and CSV imports, bulk vacancy uploads and ATS integrations are not currently supported.
Who can see my vacancy?
New and existing listings are members-only unless you explicitly make them public. A public listing can be searched and read without an account, including the full description and application link you enter. You can change its visibility when editing. This setting does not make your profile public or give you access to candidates' private information.
Where do candidates apply?
Candidates follow the company application link you provide to your existing application process. Visitors can follow links from public listings without a Career Auntie account. Saving jobs, generating documents, creating tracked applications and sending referral messages require signup or login. Career Auntie does not replace your applicant tracking system or give you access to members' private CVs.
Do I have to offer referrals or receive messages?
No. Both settings are off by default. If you offer a referral, you can also choose to receive in-app referral messages, subject to your profile privacy settings. Your account email is not automatically shared with applicants. Referrals and any rewards remain subject to the employer's scheme and are not guaranteed.
How do I manage a vacancy after posting?
Open Jobs and select My opportunities to edit, close or reopen your own listings. Close a vacancy when it has been filled or is no longer accepting applications. Listings do not automatically expire, so keeping them current is your responsibility.
